4 weeks old, a new first, and a dance!

Little Parker is 4 weeks old today, he smiled at me for the first time on Monday, coo's here and there, and is doing good with tummy time.

We went to the Mall on Sunday to watch Kara Mae in the flesh do one of her famous dances!! She did such a good job, I'm just bummed about not knowing that she was going to do 2 dances!! Next time!! Great Job Kara Mae, you did such a good job and you looked beautiful!!

Today our little man is 3 weeks old! He is starting to cooo here and there, still sleeping really well, just pretty much still an easy baby! We had a blast today at the pumpkin patch, it was such a nice place!! Enjoy the pictures....

These were the favors. We all got to donate animals to the Heifer International Group, giving animals to these families helps them live with having food, or able to trade the animals for money/food. Also inside the box was animal crackers!

Well this is our final wedding YAY!!!! Last night was my mommies wedding. It was so sweet, we had the ceremony and reception and Tony's Cafe, they did such an amazing job! The decorations were beautiful, the food yummy, and having all of our family and friends around us was just surreal. I know that posting these blogs probably makes some people uncomfortable being that some of these are same sex marriage, but I just wanted to point out, that all of these that we have been to these past couple of months, all of these couples are amazing. They have been together for over 10, 15, even 20 years now. My moms are truly amazing people to me, they have been together now for over 22 years, they decided at a young age to raise foster children (us), and now look at their family! I just adore these two and feel that they and so many other couples like this, deserve to get married, they deserve to have the chance to commit to one another as all of us do. I do know that there are people out there that do not take marriage seriously and those people (I feel) should have the chance of getting married be revoked. I do have a feeling that say no to prop 8 probably isn't going to pass....... which saddens me..... however they did get the chance and they took it!! Sorry this is all of my opinion hopefully I haven't offended anyone or have them turn away in disgust with my posts, but I do that this is MY post and I can do what I please!! Yep another wedding!!! AND we have one more this friday!! That should be it though, and then nothing fun for awhile! Just thought I would share some pictures of the day.

Today Parker is 1 week old! He really is such a sweet and easy baby (so far! i'm sure after i post this it will be rough, oh well!!), he actually sleeps 3 hours at night, wakes up to be changed and fed, then sleeps for another 3 hours! I can totally handle that! Maddie is totally in love with her brother, constantly has to know where the "baby" is, and of course Dad is very proud of his son!

Today is freddie and carly's 4th wedding anniversary, it was such a great day!! Actually the weather today feels just like it did on that day. Happy Anniversary guys, love you both!!

Aarin decided to spice up our front porch for Halloween and Fall, it just made me smile and I told him to go for it, he picked everything out by himself (and ladies he totally went to Michaels!!), and put it all together with just some advice from me here and there, anyways thought I would share!

Parker finally made his grand entrance on October 2nd 2008 at 1:36 p.m. with a very short labor of only 4 hours and 11 minutes yikes, he weighed 7.3 pounds and was 20 1/2 inches long, with very dark hair, and blue gray eyes!! So far the 3 of us are adjusting, Madison is having a blast with her Nana and Vavi, but she will be here early in the morning to finally meet her new little brother! More pictures to come later....

40 weeks and 6 1/2 days....

Well everyone tomorrow (hopefully) is THEE DAY, he is now (what I like to say) being evicted!! I can't believe this pregnancy is at the very very very very end. I'm a tad bit shaken with nerves, but I guess I have no choice!! Unless someone else wants to do this?? PLEASE ;) Anyways just wanted to write down this moment while I'm thinking about it, hopefully we will get some pictures up of this little man as soon as someone/I get a chance. I know if you keep an eye on some of my nephews sites I'm sure my sister carly will post some on there first. Alright the next time I'm on here I will be a mommy of two!! weird......
